Could be a great composition if only the BG were OOF. Use aperture control and open your lens up to f/5.6 or f/8 or so to just get the sundial in focus.

I find snowy gardens a tough sell, but this one's all right. I like the similar feel of the roof decoration above to the sundial below.

Not enough here, I'm afraid. Maybe a different angle would have brought out the dead plants a bit more, or framed the sun dial around the gazebo or whatever you want to call that column structure. Tough right now... trust me, I know. But while I still rated this high I would have rated it higher with a bit of a different composition.
