I like the toning and detail. I'm finding myself a fan of tone-mapped images lately, and if this isn't tone mapped, then you did a good job of bringing out the mid-tone contrast and detail in the shadows.

The head bands and scarves add a little extra something to this image. Without them, I think I wouldn't have liked it as much.

There are some exposure problems here. The field has that nice golden glow from the sunset lighting, however the sky is fairly blown out. Perhaps the use of a polarizer or a graduated neutral density filter could have helped. Or bracketing exposures and combining as an HDR would have helped even the exposure of the foreground and the background.
