This particular landscape seems to have it's own level of interest. I simply do not understand your reasoning for the desaturation in this one. In my opinion, desaturation of color should serve some specific purpose and create some specific interest. I am completely missing that in this photo. Your choice of border here is also a bit weak in my opinion. It's not 'continuous' around the image because it gets lost in the darker areas of the photo.

I think this photo would be much better without trying to use digital enhancement with no really positive outcome of that enhancement...

what happen to the color in the trees? cool blue reflection in the water, no need for border.

I do not like the selective desaturation of this photo. the composition is appealing, but looks unfinished this way.

I've been there once, and I really enjoyed what I saw. I miss seeing it in green, however.

I assume you purposely desaturated all but a few colors...? Not sure that really has a desirable effect here -- it makes everything look like a fire has just swept through. I'd be careful when to use that particular technique.

Thanks people. :) Its funny that its the cropping that people hated. I was talking to mavrik before entering and he helped me a little, so it was a lot worse. Unfortunatly though I had to go to work, so only had 10 m ins to re do the photo. But I not have the number one photo for my camera, and its also the first score over 6 for someone with a Kodak DC3200.

Thanks everyone. It was a scary shot to enter.

The colors look really off, the desaturate of the green and over saturate of the blue doesn't really work here.
