As a black and white gal at heart, I gotta say this is MARVELOUS use of color. Definitely wouldn't have the same feel or impact in B&W. And a great off-the-hip shot, too. I quite like the angles created with from the hip shooting. Great catch with this - vibrant because of the colors, but also because of the gossip!

The line leading up to the door really makes this one. I'd like to see an 'advanced edit' with a big vignette to really bring the focus in on that door.

This is my fave of the group. Amazing how you got him in such great focus shooting from the booty! The angle is perfect for me. The photo has me wondering what his story is. The cane - no shirt - cigarette... very intriguing.

Actually, he didn't notice me at all. And that was the point. This was not only shot from the hip, but from the hip pointing backwards. Obviously composition is left to chance when you do this, but I got lucky in terms of exposure and focus on this one. Thanks for the comment!
