I can't quite understand the framing of this picture - its a shame that we couldn't have seen more detail on the leaf rather than all that black.

Beautiful autumn colors. Incredible details in the leaf. The shadows and reflections show the veins of the leaf. It gives you a sense of the texture of the leaf itself. The black background really makes the leaf pop out of the shot.
