Yin-Yangby meneleComment by stphw: The detail of the spoons is great. I think usually equal space is given for white and black but then again, having the spoons dead center may not have been that appealing either. |

Riverside Embraceby meneleComment by Rino63: Greeting from critique club
Hi, I think that isn't a bad idea. the composition and the exposure are good. I think that this image have two problems. the first is the background, too much distracting, a better out of focus was better. you can obtain this with the focal length near 55 mm and with the subject near the camera. the second problem is that there isn't a strong point in the image, there are the bicycles hence the image meet the contest but there isn't an action or an something that the bikes do.
Sorry for my ugly english :)
Best Regards

Yin-Yangby meneleComment by faery: So clean and simple, and yet so very original: the beech wood textures/palette perfectly set off the Zen fell of the image and title. Lovely. I like the vertical composition too...hmm just very clever the way the spoons lock into each other, echoing the original Yin and Yang symbol. |

Yin-Yangby meneleComment by geoffb: Good detail, but the white isn't very white (it's too gray in the bottom-left). |
