whats funny is that greyscale by definition IS black & white. Not only that it was a color image and I did a photoshop channel mixer to black and white on it.

Just another case of a dumb person on DPC challege who looks at a photo for 3 seconds and makes a judgement.

to me tehre are too many distracting highlights in her eye, and the hood isnt very subtle enough, kinda reminds me of my grandmas tablecloth, but aside from that, i like the concept you were going for

I like the composition, but the lighting seems a little dead. If you set your white balance to cloudy +1 or +2, you'll get a warmer tone that will liven up the light
