Where there is pain, there is life. This is both beautiful and abominable at the same time. Beautiful in the sense that you have a mother dog feeding her pups. The nurturing and caring for her young are important to her. Given the girth and size of the pups they are nice and healthy. The abominable is from seeing the state of health the mother is in. She is chained up, skinny and has sores and lost chunks of fur on her body. She is caring for her pups but who is caring for her?! Your capture made me wonder why the title 'Inay' so I looked to find that it is the Filipino word for mom/mother. So I am back to both the beauty of the mother caring & giving to her young but the anger/sadness that no one is doing the same for her health and well being.
