I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Lovely colours and nice vignette. I really like the city on the horizon and the wedge shaped ocean. Obviously the figure is the focus of the frame and certainly she makes for an intriguing story - possibly involving murder.

Critical stuff: I do like the image but for me there something that is a bit misaligned.

Overall: Imaginative and well done.

Playful. Bizarre. A dreamlike quality verging on nightmarish. Caught between the tides. Fabulous and exceptional. I think it just might be my fave for its magicalness.
