Such a lovable little one! :o) The mirror is a great idea! Most of the time when I do reflective portraits, I keep whichever image that is looking into the camera in focus. This draws my eyes to the reflection, rather than the down cast eyes of the top image.
I love the light on this and the sepia tone gives it such a sweet look. I bet the parents (if you're not it) were in love with this!

but honestly it's a beautiful study, the lighting and tones are wonderful as well as the simple composition. i think i'll have to start looking for a reflecting surface like this one to use in my studio...

Nice idea however make sure that you use the largest size allowed. in this case 640 px on the longest side.

Depending on monitoring settings, folks may or may not like this one. I first voted it very low, but upon re-examination on a different system, I see the sepia and the image much better. On a dark monitor, this one is tough to figure out.
