Technically the best of this kind (subject behind a glass with either droplets, textures, etc)...good camera angle and comp.
The pose is good for the comp but it looks a bit too "fixed" for the camera (affecting the intended sense of drama). One other suggestion ...a little more sprayed water in some areas would have helped to get vertical traces of sliding drops to make it look as raindrops on a window......7
