I love the sepia tones and the low-key lighting. The motion blur is excellent, and helps give a powerful atmosphere to the shot. Something doesn't feel quite natural with the lighting however. I like the darkness, but nothing is white in the photo, giving the whole image a rather dreary, unpleasant look. Perhaps you could try some adjustments with the levels in photoshop, but that might ruin the nice low-key effect. Anyways, it's a neat image - good work!

i always like this sort of post-processing and you seem to have got the hang of it. i like the green bits in the foreground and weathered wooden rail of the bridge looks appealing too. btw you gotta get away from these cheesy borders though hehehehe :)

I like this shot a lot. very ingenious artistic approach to portray "time".
i think, it was those overexposed parts that killed your score. DPCers are not at all forgiving on that front. I never rely on my monitor and always check out the image by checking the "threshold" (generally to 245 or 250 depending on the image).
