I wanted to comment on this picture during the challenge, and I ran out of time (we're moving, we're getting the house ready for selling, we're packing, life is crazy). It was one of my favourite shots in this challenge, it's so good to look at. I suspected it might be your shot (or your husband's), I thought I recognized the girl. The composition is very good. The tone (not in the sense of colour tone, but mood tone) is excellent. And I just love the colours and the shaping of the fabric on the girl's face. You should have ended up much higher!

Seems just like a scene cut out of the movie. Great contrast helps to bring out the blacks and white which help to give that movie feel. Very dramatic lighting was captured. "9"

She certainly looks out there - and not particularly enamoured with the idea! Nice space and a good model. I would perhaps have cropped the top segment of the square out as it does not contribute in any way to the context of the shot. In fact I would probably have gone for complete symmetry and got the bottom square complete.

Good take on the challenge.
