The Installerby QuigleyComment by EstimatedEyes: nice motion blur, but no abstractness scores this poorly in this challenge. Beyond that, the lines in the background and the pnuematic hose curving in and out of the bottom edge hurt the composition. Needs a bit more midtone contrast and more detail in the blacks to really pop as a B+W. Nice try. |

The Installerby QuigleyComment by spiritualspatula: Oh boy, T&G hardwood floor installation. Makes my lower back ache just looking at this.
I would've liked a bit more contrast on this. Maybe more "abstractness," but that's all sorta personal opinion, I guess. |

The Installerby QuigleyComment by Steef: i like the processing. the contrast is nice and i think b&w works very well. his sweatshirt and jeans seem a bit too dark, but that could also be my monitor. |

The Installerby QuigleyComment by PenelopeK: Interesting image, but not abstract enough in my opinion, and only a very small portion of the image depicts motion |
