Ang-and-Ian-6.jpgby QuigleyComment by sherpet: I also agree, that this is the best of the all, as both are smiling and look very comfortable. Give this the treatment of a 'black and white' process or even sepia.
Remember to enjoy what you do, and stay comfortable with whatever you do. |

Ang-and-Ian-2.jpgby QuigleyComment by sherpet: Both are smiling here but a tighter crop would suit. Also like the idea of processing and converting some into black and white. |

Ang-and-Ian-8.jpgby QuigleyComment by sherpet: No, this is the better composition that could be reversed to show her in a warm embrace showing her hand, with her engagement ring, as the main focus. |

Ang-and-Ian-3.jpgby QuigleyComment by sherpet: This is the one I was thinking about with the way he is holding her.
Hopefully you can take some more with her holding him in a way that shows her hands in a loving way, with her engagement ring as the main focus. A tighter crop would also help here. |

Ang-and-Ian-6.jpgby QuigleyComment by jpochard: I think I like this one the best of your set. I do think the colors need some work and if you can't get the right tone, perhaps you can convert to black and white.
I like her slight sideways orientation on this, I like both smiles and the bit of sun/highlight on her dark hair. I also think the lighting on the faces is a bit more even than on many of the others. |

An homage to Sean's 'Just a Good Ol' Boy'by QuigleyComment by glad2badad: Nicely composed. Lighting is a little hot on the horse and the focal plane is just falling off on the "cowboy's" face (leaving him just a tad soft). Great idea...timing (not midday with strong sunlight) could really make a difference on this. Good luck in the challenge. |
