There's good contrast between shadow / sunlight can pick up it's powdery.

Sometimes for a shot into the light like this, I use the smallest amount of on camera flash to fill the deep shadows on the subject. That way the darkest areas in the foreground don't have the noise/grain when I bring them lighter in PP. |

This image is very good IMHO. The long shadows and snow are well exposed and the open old gate gives it a sad , abandoned feel. Nice work , Anni ! |
