Diamonds In The Roughby pnichollsComment by Gene L.: How I wish we were not limited to the 4:3 aspect ratio. This is very good and would be better if you could crop the top off, but you would need to do so without loosing the sides darn it! I gave this a very high score because it demonstrates such an unusual view of a simple common pattern. The angle and focal length are just right. The front (bottom) looks slightly out of focus, which is the only thing I can see that might be improved. Very good job on this one. |

Rollin' On Down The Lineby pnichollsComment by langdon: nice dof, though the white/black looks like you're emulating a street...i wouldve tried find a bigger model to put on the street... or maybe bike tire...otherwise the shot looks nice. |

Rollin' On Down The Lineby pnichollsComment by chariot: I like it. I think this is a great composition, how you have your line coming down at an angle, and you have the car towards the bottom with the extra space at the top. I think normally I'd want more space in front of the vehicle to tell me where you are going, but somehow it just works out alright in this picture. Maybe I'm just happy to see where it came from. |
