What's outrageous about it? I'm also not sure where you want my focus to be. Your eyes sort of take you to the background in which the ice is distracating...but if you want us to the look at the ice it's a little dark which makes the background distracting (hope that makes sense). Not a very good crop.

You'd really be upset if I slammed this pic with a 1 or a 2, wouldn't you? Nah, I won't do that. I've seen this lighthouse in many challenges and this is one of the better shots out of a lot of really good ones.

Added: I've seen a really bad one too. They gave us a calendar at work last year and it had a shot of this lighthouse that reinvents the term "oversharpened". Hope they didn't pay much for that shot.
