He's a cute little guy! The flash or light seems a bit harsho on him. You can tone that down a bit in advanced editing if you wish.

A very interesting photograph, sharp and detailed. This image has many strong points, the leading lines of the submerged leaf all point to those huge bright eyes. I would have croped it tighter though. The grean leafs appearing at the top and bottom are distracting and the back part of the frog does not add any interest to the image. If the interesting face would have filled more of the frame this would have been a top image in this challenge. But overall a good image.
