Nice subject matter for the composition. You may want to soften the BG and the subject is a bit too soft and maybe just a tad out of balance. Perhaps turn the chair a little askew and to the right. Of course then you'd have to move the pears to the bottom left. Crank up the contrast some.... Then again, maybe I'm over compensating.

Nice gray tones and I love the lines of the trellis. I am not sure what the subject is. I assume the bench but it doesn't jump out at me. Perhaps a little more contrast would help bring out some detail and a tighter crop... Say from the front post to just right of that little column.

Nice find! The crop kind of makes me want to see the rest of the back tire, and I might've boosted the contrast just a little to give it more depth. Just my opinions of course!
