Guitar Stringby MarioAngelComment by JerseyGenie: I think a little less centering (between the white and the black) would be better, IMHO I'd crop off some of the white. But having said that, the focus and the detail is absolutely impeccable. Today I seem to be tuned into the texture. I really love the texture you've captured here. |

Guitar Stringby MarioAngelComment by doc_gonzo: The grittiness of this shot is great, you can see the grain of the metal in the tuner post and all of the flecks of dust on the head of the guitar, I really like that a lot. The background is a tad much, maybe trade more black for a tad less background? I dunno... I love the shot though, the post and string are perfect! Gotta get on baord with MAK though, I hope it's a Gibson or if you're broke like me.... at least an Epiphone! Cheers, great photo |

Guitar Stringby MarioAngelComment by Artyste: Very nice conversion here. You've captured a broad range of tones, and done well to highlight a stark, industrial feel.
I'll also echo the sentiments of the diagonal crop (or reshoot). It's not something I'd have thought of by myself, but it's a wonderful suggestion. |

Guitar Stringby MarioAngelComment by alexjack: Definately agree with Karen (again - were thinking alinke tonite) this would be better on a diagonal - there is too much dead space near the top of the shot. (IMO) Nice focus and very sharp, I like the conversion. |
