Much of the image is dark and no visible, I would try lightening it up or cropping it out. I think there's too much of a shadow inside your subject (flower) as well.

Beautiful blues, and well composed. I wonder how it would look if you'd shot from farther to the right so that the railing was straight, but this works too.

Wow, I can't say for sure, but based on my own work with water, the colors here look a little too saturated (blue -- but maybe they really are that blue) and the picture overall is definitely very light. I'm sure you did it to bring out all the blue, and perhaps it's a monitor calibration problem, but I think stepping it down a notch or two would have been fine. If possible, getting the subjects out of the shadow of the funnel (?) might have helped as well.
