Hello Ladiesby emlbakerComment by madison461: Wow! Really sporting a pair, isn't he? They are such facinating creatures and seem very curious. Nice capture! :) |

Gold Pourby emlbakerComment by emlbaker: Originally posted by pineapple: In my long distant past, my mother and father passed through Kalgoorlie at least twice on the road around Australia (in the 1950s) with me eating dust in the back seat. We drove the road from Perth and onwards. I am enjoying your portfolio. |
Thanks again. We travelled from Canberra to Perth via Melbourne with 2 kids in the back seat. Great trip and well worth it. We saw everything from thunderstorms through dust storms and flash floods, pink lakes through to dried up salt lakes. Truly an amazing country. |

Great Australian Bightby emlbakerComment by emlbaker: Originally posted by pineapple: And you can see why it's called the Bight too. Just that the spelling is a bit mangled ;-) |
Thanks for the comment. It is truly amazing to stand on the edge of these cliffs and realise that you are standing on the edge of the country with nothing but Antartica to the South. The waters and skies were amazing that day which was perfect for the photographic opportunities. |

National Carillonby emlbakerComment by emlbaker: Thanks for the comment ivale28. I intended to have it close so that it further enhanced the 3D effect of the shadowing. I did notice that it cut off the text shadow.
Thanks again.

I will have a look at it later and re-upload. Thanks for the helpful comments |

National Carillonby emlbakerComment by ivale28: I like the angles in this - it seems to suit the architecture of the building. My only suggestion would be to move the lettering further away from the photo - the shadow cast by the lettering is being cut off by the photo somewhat. |
