Very good portrait, beautiful model, and the light really works well with the colors employed.

There is some wierdness going on with her left arm (our right), it seems like there are some edit lines, or some kind of lines stretching the length of her arm. They are pretty noticable on my monitor. The line starts at the crease of her arm, and runs the entire length upto her hair. Fixing that should be an easy fix with the patch tool, or healing brush. Aside from that, you nailed a really nice portrait. If I was you I would certainly keep the model around if possible, she has the look and build of an A+++ model.

She is ADORABLE!! Try something for me (something I had to practice a lot with my Canon because I was coming from a Kodak P&S) Lower your ISO to 100 and slow your shutter speed down to around 1/60s see if that doesn't get your colours bright and poppy and smooth :) She is a fabulous little girl and I sure hope we get to see more of her over the next 29 days :)
