Those eyes and ground level composition have made for a superb cat portrait, this really is very good, but IMHO I think I would have preferred it without the frame though.

In my own shots I often struggle for this "heart of the street" intangible, and rarely achieve it. You have done it here. I guess you had to go really close to the asphalt to find the heart of the street though :) I have never been able to make this viewpoint work for me, but you have used beautifully here.

I like the B&W treatment as well, and the richness of the image. I am slightly doubtful about how well it meets the challenge, but still a 10 from me and my pick for yellow ribbon.
