I think if this wasn't a basic editing challenge you could have a really nice photo here. the skyline seems out of focus while the wake of the boat seams in focus and I would have liked to have seen it the opposite. The sky could be toned down a bit and that is where you were held back by the basic editing. Still a nice photo to look at, it just needs a little more work to get it off of the 5 I feel it is worth.
