I 've had a mole removed because of a fear of this so I know where your coming from...However, I don't get an impression of fear. The title carries the photograph. I would have prefered to have seen the whole person looking concerned carrying out a self examination. That would of better represented the concern (Fear). Just my $.02. Dogman :]
