It could have been very easy to blow out the colors and over do the impression, but this is spectacular in concept and execution. A scene not normally thought of - unigue and indicative of a well thought out image. This could very easily be a National Geographic image and something I've never quite seen before. Excellant and a worthy ribbon contender.

A difficult shot and way too much light blue to be truly effective. The white haze blending into the blue sky creates a border within the image that is distracting. You might have done better to crop the bottom off thus making a little tighter shot and a little more impact. The image also isn't level - it tilts up to the right (or down to the left) which creates an uncomfortable feeling on first viewing. A contrasting font color would have worked much better.

i love the color gradient in the sky it really draws your eyes along the jet of water :) its 1 AM here so my eyes could just be off but the horizon looks distractingly tilted
