Nice Subtle colours in this make it a good image. The centred composition though is a little of a negative. I would have loved a wider view, with more of the pathway leading to the lighthouse (if possible) giving this a landscape view. The couple on the headland is a nice touch, as it the two birds. The border does balance it all nicely as well.....

Gorgeous colors in the sky and the reflection. You probably could have topaz'd or HDR'd this to bring out the lighthouse more, but I think it works this way just fine. I will say the border seems a little heavy/dark for the picture.
