Mavrickby StevePaxComment by karmat: You are showing some pixelation. Though my shots are bad to do that at this size with diagonal lines, your file size is showing less than 25KB, so I am wondering if it is compression artifacts. |

Pocket Change...by StevePaxComment by inspzil: I think I'd have kicked up the contrast just a little on this one to take out some of the flatness. Love the concept for the pic and this is extremely well taken. |

Pocket Change...by StevePaxComment by kiwiness: This is actually a good idea for the challenge which would have been greatly enhanced if you had found some nice clean and shiny coins. |

Pocket Change...by StevePaxComment by PaulMdx: Composition: With the image fairly 'flat' in terms of what to focus on my eye was instantly drawn to the dark top-right coin/shadow.
Technical: Reasonable focus and colour. It looks slightly over-sharpened though, unless that's the coins themselves.
Meets challenge: Yes
Overall impression: An interesting image.

Mooooo - Sharp Contrasting Cowby StevePaxComment by autool: I know cows and manure go together but I think I would have worked around it this time. The cow's shoulders are quite a bit on the bright side losing most of their detail. I like the way you have the cows head right up into your picture though. 5 |
