i'm guessing that that is a girl (no offense to the model!) in men's clothing? although the outfit is too ambiguous to tell what gender it's meant for. i do like the photo though. a bit harsh on the lighting. but that may have been what you were going for.

This has more of a snapshot feel to it. The lighting is pretty harsh. I'd rather her be looking at the camera or maybe have the whole seen panned back. As it is, the crop is rather tight.
