Great idea and well composed. The child looks more like the mother. I think that the lack of color in the bg works well here. The clothing is too bulky and does distract some from the overall effect. Good luck!

This is really done quite well. You can see the resemblance between the three. Unfortunately you are just losing the focus on the farthest subject - but considering you have three subjects this DOF was probably tough to manage. Very creative entry.
