Dreamingby melismaticaComment by TooCool: Very nice shot! Love the framing, love the soft effect. You're a little crooked though. Straighten it and you get another point.

Dreamingby melismaticaComment by gerdagrice: Suggestion: crop in from the left to eliminate the open area beyond the end of the white "frame". This area is a distraction from your main subject, the young ballerina. Also clone out the tabler edge or whatever it is below the mirror on the right, since this, too, draws the eye away from your subject. I really like the colours in the image and the pose of the ballerina. |

Dreamingby melismaticaComment by Jutilda: I like the composition of this. I feel as if it's screaming for post editing. I see it with an aged filter or perhaps a bit of grain with black and white. As it is, it kind of is lackluster, but not bad, just not outstanding. I hope this helps. |

Dreamingby melismaticaComment by posthumous: I understand the fuzziness is an effect, but I think this photo would have been more striking if the subject were more focused. |

Dreamingby melismaticaComment by Konador: I think this could do with 3 main alterations.
- I think it needs to be rotated slightly anti-clockwise since the first line you look at is the one by her face, and that one isnt vertical.
- It would look really nice with a soft focus diffuse glow or something to make it seem dreamy. It would also hide some of the noise that seems to be in your photo.
- A very slight USM because it seems slightly out of focus currently |

Solstice Shadowsby melismaticaComment by macrothing: Gave this a 3. Perhaps if you had concentrated more on the patterns within the shadows than the shapes, would have made this better in my opinion. Colors are nice, but just a variation in cropping/composition and possibly even angle, may have helped this. |
