The image certainly has bubbles, but it is missing something to bring the viewer in and make them interested in what they are seeing. The lighting is good, you have some nice detailing in the bubbles on the left. They start to brown out where the light isn't touching them in the upper left corner, I'd say cropping that out would fix it up though. The focus on the scrubber? or whatever the thing in the foreground is, is not so great.. I can't quite determine what it is, and since it is such a huge element in the image, it should be in good focus.. otherwise it isn't important and thus shouldn't have such a prominent place in the picture. I think there are some good technical works here its just the composition that brings it down a few notches and leaves me unsatisfied as a viewer. I gave a 4.

Nice stop action. The finish line will take awile to reach without motion though. I like the idea but would have blurred the background slightly if possible.

I can't really tell what the main subject is that is surrounded by all the bubbles. A scrub brush? A bar of soap and a sponge? unless you were going for a more abstract image, this fails to communicate with the viewer
