Symmetric but does not have a real point/story to tell. The composition with the post right in the middle also make the shot a bit boring. A different shooting angle would have jazzed it up a bit.

nice idea, though not very sharp on my screen. i also think that it would have been immediately more visually striking if it had actually been centered to be perfectly symetrical, where this seems off-center and just slightly unbalanced.

Nice exposure and capture of color but the shot looks a bit busy, finding it hard to focus on something. Perhaps you also managed to get some other angles? I would like to see them :)

Sorry but the composition/dof is not really leading my eye anywhere and I just feel that the branch that I assume is intended to be the main subject (the one to the right) is just blocking the view somehow.

The focus of your picture is a brown, dead thing. The cluster of flowers in the bottom left looks like a better subject to me.

Not entirely sure what this is. That is the only reason I scored it low. It appears to be well focused, and seems to adhere to the challenge guidelines but not knowing what I am looking at (or any clue at all) is a major distraction for me. Could it be a barrette? A piece of glass?

I think maybe if you were to back the lens down a little in order to show us a tad bit more of the subject that it would be a better scoring...at least by me...photograph. Maybe a different angle. Depth of field? I don't know. Like I said... it appears to be a nice photo but since I think i SHOULD know what it is, but don't, I couldn't score it higher than a 4. Sorry!
