I am not quite sure about what I feel to the focus. I can't say what the blur adds to the mood and feelinf of the photo. I like your title, I like the colors, but mayeb I would like to see her more to the right or to the left of the photo, it would help to bring the movement idea to front.
that reflection on the window is very good, I wonder how it would look like from a bit different angle, so we could see that reflection more clear?

It's Not a bad subject at all. I like the idea and its good but too much is too sharp and other parts are out of focus. I think this would be good as a black and white!!!
