Not quite to the same level of expertise as some of the other avian images in this challenge, the image is flawed due to a difficult lighting situation leading to rather flat and dull conversion and soft focus. The blank background also enhances this problem. A good effort that might have been improved with a little more patience waiting for a different angle and lighting.

This is pretty! The dress could have used a light fluffing but still beautiful. The BW is probably a good idea on this one to even out the color temperature differences from outside light(cool or neutral) and inside incandescent lighting(warm.

To me this one is fine. Its a tiny tiny bit on the dark side but still nice for a printing and putting on your wall. The rest for this child need to be upped a little in contrast to make it a little less flat. Try it with this one to just to see what happens.

This one is a little over exposed on the edges but the light on the child is great. The best light with outside shots is shade. Just keep the sun all the way out of it and you will do great!

After you add a vignette you should up the contrast a little. I found this works the best. Cute child!
