I really like the exposure level on the train here. It looks great in black and white. I think there's too much blur and sense of motion on the two women on the left, which distracts me from the rest of the photo.

I think b&w was a great choice for the image. This way the probably mash of colors was eliminated to concentrate on the duality of paces depicted - the rush of the busy commuter and the stillness of the train and those within, still waiting to reach their destination. The reverse motion of having the pedestrians (as it were) moving and the transportation motionless is quite interesting. A stimulating image!

I too really enjoyed this shot. I already left some comments below, but not only is this a good shot, I can see it being used as a stock photograph for many purposes. Well done.
