This is really interesting (and slightly odd). I'm guessing this is some sort of art structure on the front of the building.

The close up and upward angle you have used here is really good for this, it separates the statue from the building in a way that it looks like it is floating in front (which is what I initially thought when I saw it).

I really like this effect. I was wondering how voters would interpret zoom burst. It seems that quite a few considered that legit for camera movement. I have no opinion on that but I do love this technique. Very well done!

Using the rule of thirds might have created more movement and interest in this photo. I like the surreal feel of this image, although the sky is the most interesting aspect and it doesn't really make me thirsty.

I love the sun flare! what are those other little white dots on picture? (seen infront of the arm? it looks like little drips of water? I think the pic would look much cleaner and score much higher without them, great idea though!
