Hi Hannah,
Is this a self-portrait? I do like what you have done with the lighting here - especially how the shadows curve around the arms and emphasise the ribs. Nice and soft, and an excellent angle. The pose seems to have met with mixed reactions - it that sense it has been effective in elliciting a response. I'm not sure what pp steps you went thought, but do agree with a number of commentors that it seems as it some detail has been lost.
