The tones add to this shot nicely but the lower concrete portion, with the lighter line through the middle, catches my view an detracts from what is an otherwise nicely composed photo.

Nice night time exposure with lovely colours and reflections but I find the wide angle distortion a little off-putting. Such distortion can often be used to very good effect but here I think straightening of both the verticals and horizontals would have improved the image but anyway, good luck
