The idea is there, but it looks too staged - while the high key approach helps to eliminate distractions from the background, it's a liability in this shot since you lose a frame of reference upon which these models are posing (and therefore looks too staged).

Having said that, it's a good, solid entry nonetheless since I think you captured the essence of the theme.

Unfortunately I find no realism here- kids don't yell, they always get along with their siblings, and they certainly don't keep crying to momma. I don't know what you're getting at nor what message you're trying to send but I'll go along with it anyway. :D

Great focus, great use of dof, great tonal range, great crop, great layout. Hmmmm - that's only 5 greats. Ooops, there's another. I'll stop now ... very nicely done - excellent photo and excellent depiction of poor mom.
