I like this photo, especially to see the yellow tape on the wood--right where it belongs. So it isn't just a shot of yellow or of tape measure, but a suggestion of task and practicality as well. Well composed: the angles work for me, especially the horizontal shadow behind the tape contrasting with the tape itself.

Composition
This is beautifully composed shot the eye is led right into the image to the little lass at the end! I hope someone went to her rescue!And the various elements of the photo are well balanced within the frame
Exposure: Contrast & Color, and focus are spot on!

Suggestions for improvement
Perhaps play with the brightness and contrast and see if you can get even more tonality into the scene. And Please do away with the pink border it is a detraction and distraction from a lovely photo!

Challenge met. Two cute hearts, I like how they are leaning towards each other. The strong lighting, creating those red shadows works very well here, especially since you didn't get glaring hotspots on the hearts, just nice little highlights (I bet that was tough!). I don't usually like pink and red, but they go together well here. A black border works well, too, I would probably remove the white altogether (nothing in your photo is white, so that part doesn't tie in well) or replace it with a thin red border to match the hearts. Nice photo. :)
