Very well taken photo! I am amazed at how well the white rose shows up against the white background, that said, I would suggest a more contrasting background color. Very sharp. (tongue firmly planted in cheek - does the plastic roses have plastic thorns?) The pen/rose on the table doesn't seem like a good angle for viewing. 7 Rob the Swash

Very good idea! The place where I buy gas tapes plastic spoons to his pens so no one will run off with them. I admit that I'm a klepto at times. I like your lighting in this picture and nice detail, especially of the pen cup and pink rose. It could be my monitor but it's hard to see the red rose. 7 Good luck in the challenge.

I love this composition. Kudos for doing a self portrait. I think a shot of just the two girls would be awesome though. The expression you captured is great. I agree that it'd be better without the sungasses, but my biggest irk was the coloring. It's just a little too pink. Sepia is nice, and I like the noise... maybe just a little more brown than pink
