Lilacsby SonifoComment by Zoomdak: Stands out very well: simplistic. I like the subtle gradient border. Only critique would be that the vase is too distracting, but doesn't make that much of a difference. Great job. |

Painted Tulipsby SonifoComment by Sonifo: Thanks, lugsharv!
I converted it to sepia with some green tones and then carefully painted the tulips in psp8 with the paint tool. Took awhile because I wanted to get it perfect. |

Lilacsby SonifoComment by daisy77: maybe a touch over highlighted but very effective use of negative space. |

Lilacsby SonifoComment by awpollard: Very nice, Excellent colors and arrangement. I think the dof field hurts ya a bit here. As you are using a lot of negative space (all white) I think I would have tried to get the entire flower in focus. That oof sprig near that top seems to take a bit away for me. Still is a really good shot. |

Lilacsby SonifoComment by justine: Lovely color, lovely shot. I would like the bottom cropped a little more.....that's just me. |

Lilacsby SonifoComment by jenesis: Stunning! Love the colors and the starkness of the background to help emphasize the beauty of the subject. The splash of green is a nice touch. |

Lilacsby SonifoComment by Olyuzi: I like the high-key and composition, but find the lighting a bit too harsh. |

Painted Tulipsby SonifoComment by lugsharv: This Tulip photo is way cool. Would you care to share your
secrets to how you painted the petels? Also is photo done
in sepia or black & white? Thanks and great work.
