You seem to have a vertical grainy effect going on and I'm unsure as to whether or not this was intentional or due to a limited colour palette, high ISO noise or some other resizing artifacts. Whatever the reason, it does rather take the focus off the girl which otherwise is well composed and has lovely sharpness to the eyes.

I think this image would look better without the texture/filter, just doesn't seem to fit with the image. very nice light though, she's a cutie. :)
