The way you processed the skin and eye creeps me out to be blunt. The skin of the face looks like plastic and the eye almost glows. No offense.

Go to your photoshop and stroll down to Image --> Ajust --> Hue/Saturation. Now you can selectively adjust each color
or desaturate them. OR You stroll down further to Adjust --> Selective color and do the same. Play around with them some.
