I think that it is delightful! in her cheeks and eyes there is something going off with the focus though, like it was slightly burred and then oversharpened, this is something i have struggled with and see as a semi issue in this shot:
(this is just a very very nitpicky thing)
I think this can be fixed by doing a usm with a very small radius and high percentage...try it out i am not sure.

otherwise great job with the lighting, i love the catch lights in her hair! it makes her dark hair stand out from the black background. I think this could use just a tad more light from the bottom to get rid of some of that shadow on her neck and put more light in her eyes, this could be done by just positioning a reflector to bounce the light back up.

I really like this one, Chris. Nolan looks like a little tough guy from long ago. He reminds me of an actor, but I can't remember his name. I'm not thinking of Opie Taylor -- though he does remind me of him, too. I'm thinking of an adult tough guy. Damn Alzheimers!
