Eventhough probably in focus, the blown highlight on the seagull/subject appears blurry as a result.

Moving camera angle to the left would help ,the dome on the right side splits ones focal point.

Just guessing at the distances involved but a smaller (larger number) aperture to get greater depth of field would bring everything into focus. For me at least, the unfocused greenery, and statue are distracting
