Good technically but the subject lacks any excitement for me. Although I normally do not like landscapes this soft I think it works here and adds to the shot.

I love the soft focus. I never know when to use my diffuser filter personally, but it looks like you did a nice job with the soft focus here! I like the colors & composition too. The top (dark) could be cropped out just a tiny bit though. The river looks very mucky, not totally inviting, though the photo implies beauty. It's a mixed feeling. Nice job though ;)
